GET IT SOLD

If you are selling your home, there are two ways HGTV's home-staging series GET IT SOLD can possibly be of service to you:

If your home is on the market in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area (they prefer homes where the house is still furnished, with the home owner in residence), send an e-mail to home4sale@edelmandc.com and include all of the following information.
- Number, names and ages of people in your household (including pets)
- Property address (home must be within the Washington metro area)
- How long your home has been on the market
- Pricing history
- If you have a realtor now or have worked with one in the past
- A photo of you (and your family, if applicable)
- A photo of the exterior of your home
- A few photos of the interior of your home (especially any cluttered or design-challenged spaces)
- Contact Phone number and email address

If you are selling your home but you do not live in the Washington, D.C., area, home stager Sabrina Soto can still feature your home on GET IT SOLD. Send a photo of an area you'd like featured and you will be contacted if your home is chosen. If you are selected, your photo will appear on an episode of GET IT SOLD, along with advice on how to stage your space to attract buyers. To apply, email the following information to getitsold@edelmandc.com:
- Number and ages of people in your household
- Your home's physical address
- Contact phone number and e-mail address
- How long your home has been on the market


Be sure you include all information. Emails with incomplete information will not be considered. Photos must be sent in the highest resolution available. If you are selected, they will contact you. No phone calls, please.
